Mr. Theophilus Woodley is the owner and managing general agent of The Woodley Insurance Agency, LLC.
Mr. Woodley is a professional Life Insurance sales agent who has over 50 years of experience in all lines of insurance. Theophilus has served as an agent, staff manager, consultant, and manager for various insurance companies. Mr. Woodley’s extensive experience has enabled him to serve as a mentor and trainer for other insurance agents in the Charlotte-Metro area.
Theophilus is a 1974 graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a degree in Business Administration.
He is a husband, father of 3, and grandfather of 1. Mr. Woodley is active in several civic and community organizations and also serves as a Trustee and Sunday school teacher at Greater Mount Sinai Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC.
Thesha Woodley, Operations Manager
Ms. Thesha Woodley is an experienced Servant Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in Event Planning, Fundraising, Leadership, Marketing, and Financial Services.
Thesha joined the family business as an Operations Manager in 2012.
Ms. Woodley is a 2007 graduate of Winston-Salem State University. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
Thesha is a native of Charlotte, NC, and is passionate about community service, cultivating leadership skills through internships/mentoring, and alumni relations.
